Netscape over IIS and MSProxy Server 2.0

I have configured Microsoft IIS 3.0 and MS Proxy Server 2.0. My problem is that I can only connect to the internet (fron a client PC) when I use MS Internet Explorer. Netscape, for example, returns the error “Error: Access Denied”. Please help.
