Netscreen to Win2K VPN

I have setup a Netscreen Appliance on a Windows 2000 network. I have installed the Netscreen remote software on my laptop connected to my home DSL and have successfully created an IPSEC tunnel to my office LAN. I can ping the private IP addresses on the network but I cannot browse the network or access servers by Name. I have tried setting up a WINS server and have tried HOST and LMHOST files. Any suggestions?
