Netware 5.1 SBS hangs with Oracle 8.1

I’m running a Netware 5.1 SBS in a Pentium II 400Mhz with 256Mb RAM with SP2a installed that runs ok.
When I start Oracle 8i release 8.1.6 my server hangs and the total cache memory decrease until stay with out of memory.
I find that module CORE81.NLM allocate all of memory avaiable before starts Oracle.

If Anybody can help me…
