Network Access Restrictions through MMC

I have a computer that I set up several months ago for a Kiosk. Naturally I locked the machine down extremely tight and require that the machine is used to other tasks now, however I can not remember what I did to the MMC to restrict network access.

After doing some searching around, I found this command:

secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\repair\secsetup.inf /db secsetup.sdb /verbose

This does not seem to reset the MMC settings to be back to the way that they were upon install.

At this point, Net View doesnt appear to give any information, I can not find the MMC value to change (obviously) so network printers can not be configured and installed, workgroup access is also restricted.

Anyone have any ideas that I may have missed?
