Network Attached Storage

We have just Implemented a NAS by RAIDTECH,the operating system is a cutdown version of Linux with a web interface, this operating system resides on the servers flash memory.
We would like to transfer a great number of files to the NAS from an NT server retaining the NT server ACL’s,does anyone know how this is achieved.
Note:No joy from RAIDTEC
