network audit tool that can report out the applications last accessed date

Hi
i am a system administrator, i am given a task to find out the “applications last accessed (or last used) date” for all the applications in all the computers in my network, does anyone know any tool that can help to audit my network to report out that piece of information ?

I prefer a tool that do not require me to install the agent (agentless) in the target computers. Preferable freeware or shareware (with reasonable price).
