Network boot disk for laptops

I have been successful in creating network boot disk for desktops, however, I would also like to do this for my Dell Latitude CPt and CPiA laptops. They have 3Com 10/100 network PC Card Adapters.

Stepwise instructions, and or copies of your own boot disks would be much appreciated.
