Network Card not responding with MotherB

We have purchased 4 PIII 733 MHZ with Intel original board. I want to configure that card with the system but the board or Nic not working eachother.

But I am sure about the NIC is correcte and working fine with an other AMD PC.

How can i resolve this problem.
