Network Down.

Dear

We worked with Novell Netware 5.1 in a network with 110 computers. The computers are connected with 3Com switches – model 4228G e Baseline 2200. Our team observed that during everyday the network stops the communication. We verified Netware server and the switchs and dont’t exist any error message. After restarting the switches the network it usully work the communication.

The problem this in the switchs?
Service of DHCP is with problems?
Can be some external interference?
