network management systems and analyzers

I’ve just inherited a small cisco only network (1- 7500, 2- 6509’s, 4- 5507’s, about 20- 2503’s and variouos small hubs. We have a mix of unix servers and NT workstations (approximately 50 unix, 10 NT) and 200 NT workstations. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what would be the best tools for monitoring, reporting, trending this type of network. Also, i’m looking into protocol analyzers to troubleshoot problems. We have spectrum enterprise but it seems like overkill, also I’ve been looking at etherpeek, observer and hp internet advisor.
I was thinking of going with ciscoview for windows and etherpeek (wildpackets)
Can anyone out there help with the decison?
