Network Monitoring

Help! I have some application issues and am trying to troubleshoot my way through them. I have a rack with 8-10 network switches in it. Is there a reasonable way to monitor all of the switches from one place? I have a combination of Cisco, HP, and 3Com switches and would like to be able to get an idea of what the traffic is on each port/switch to rule that out as a cause of the application issues I am having.

Any help would be great.
