Network Notification Problem

I have about 60 pc?s running Windows2000 pro, Win98, 95 and WindowsNT workstsation. I need to be able to send a broadcast msg. to all of them at one time. (We have just changed our network over to WindowsNT 4.0) I used to do this using the broadcast command in Novell. How can I do this in my current environment?
