Network+ or Server+

I’m new to getting any certification, but have been working in general support functions for about four years. I’m intending to work on a MCSA (if my employer will help), and first want to start with CompTIA certs.

I’ll take A+, but would you recommend Network+ or Server+. I believe that either will count toward the MCSA.
