NETWORK PRINTER

1. One of my network printers has refused to print even if there seems to be no problems at all. the printer is enabled and everything else seems to be in order. What might be the cause ofthis failure? my server uses HP-UX and the network is connected using a leased line. (actually the printer is in one of our branches)

2. I am trying to set up another network printer in our new branch but i seem to be encountering a lot of problems..how do i go about connecting this printer to the network? the branch is connected to the server using a leased line.
the type of printer is OKIDATA DOT MATRIX 591 ML using NETWORK VIA SERIAL INTERFACE..
