Network Printing

I have this printing problem from two machines. One is PIII 1GHz & the other one is PIII 667. We have Novell 4.11 & I tried client version 3.3 and 3.21. The problem is, whenever I print 2 copies to Xerox 5799 (with Fiery X2 interface) & then print 1copy to HP 4si. The 4si printer prints 2 copies as well even if I asked for one. After that everything is normal until I print 2 copies to Fiery again. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
