Network Printing Problems & FAQs…

I produce technical documentation and help systems for printer drivers and network adminstration software, and it seems like we are always fighting battles to maintain content/quality in the face of budget cuts. We are trying to be progressive by analyzing customer support calls and benchmarking competitive documentation, but we receive very little support for these efforts.

I would love to get some real-world feedback about common network printing problems (driver installs/configuration, printer administration, FAQs, etc.). Any input would be greatly appreciated.
