Network Shared Storage(HDD)

How do i create a Network Shared Storage (HDD) that will automatically be available on all Users “My Computer”. My Network is a peer-peer LAN for now. I have not really created a Domain. The storage will be available to users but with permissions to share data/files amongst connected users on the Network.
