Network Solutions.

Is it only me or has Network Solutions dropped the ball big time? I thought that expanding registrars would give Network Solutions a reason to provide better service. I have tried transfering 3 domains to a different ISP for 2 weeks now and after several assurances it was a done deal I have yet to have Whois Updated. Plus I have had a payment problem and have been waiting for a refund from them for a month and that has not happened. Any one have any sugestions to better Registrars and how difficult is it to change registrars?
