network spec checklist

I’m trying to write up a mock network spec. What I’m including is stuff like specs of the computer that would be needed for a DC, the workstations, What OSs to run, What kind of Hubs to use, how to configure user groups and permissions, and so on and so forth.

Does anyone know where I can find something like this already created? Either an excel spreadsheet or word document?
