Network update help!

I am responisble for basic updating of 22 PC’s in a library. The typical updates I do are microsoft windows, adobe reader, adobe flash, adobe shockwave, Java, and Apple quicktime. The library uses a program called Deep Freeze which locks all the PC’s so that any changes to done to them will be reversed when the PC is turned off and on again. With this program I can set the PC’s to do Windows updates automatically and I can set it to call a on a script. My question is, is there a way to write a script or something else to so that I can have Adobe flash, shockwave, Java, etc… update automatically when the script is run?
