networked printers

I have users getting the access denied on printers. The log off at night, take laptop home then come back in the next morning and printers say acccess denied.
So…we have them delete printers, then log back in and add printers. It seems to work, but we can’t have users doing this daily..which one user has been doing for 7 days.
Any ideas?
