Networking bottleneck

If my network backbone is running gigabit ethernet, my switches are running at 100mbps, my connection from switch to firewall is 100mbps, BUT my firewall throughput is only 10Mbps, will it have any significant effect on my internet traffic?

my ADSL is 2mbps
