Networking problem, need HELP!!!

I have two windows 2000 domain (one windows 2000 server for each). One of them is 192.168.1.0/24 and the other 192.168.4.0/24. They are in the same location and they are all attached into the same 3com switch. The problem is how can I connect these two network. Do I need a cisco router or just change some settings in the Windows 2000 RRAS can resolve problem. Could anybody help me and tell me how to do? Thank you! Appreciate for any Help!
