Networking question

I have a wireless network at home. My desktop is the host with 2 other desktops that access the network wirelessly and also my laptop. I just reformatted my laptop and cannot get it reconnected to the network. I’ve messed with everything I can think of. Is there a starting point or troubleshooter that will walk me through the steps of getting it back online or do I need to reconfig my host and go from there?

Any help would be great…
