how to setup workstation in networking.And i have dell optiplex gxi when i on it will boot alright but times when shut it down it won,t boot again,while the power is there flahing.mean while if i wait for 20 minute it will boot again.I want to how to install linux operation system.THANKS IN ADVAN.RAHIM GHANA.
