Networkwide Message Broadcasting

Using Solaris 2.6 and 2.8 Servers, How do I broadcast to the screen of all users within a domain and/or to multiple domains, a general company wide message? Windows NT has this capability, Does Solaris? I do not wish to use e-mail, any suggestions?
