NEW BOSS COMING

I have been with a start-up company since day one, for the last two years. Currently leading a team as Head of Department. Company has big expansion plans and as part of it, waiting to hire a new person to spearhead my department’s functions. Company wants to use my strengths in a “strategic role” in the same department, which I am convinced is important. Is this challenge worth giving a shot?
