My name is John Cheng working as a System Consultant. Our current department name is called EDP. This title no longer reflects the actual functions and scope. I hope to get a new name which can reflect proactiveness and our leading edge in employing the latest information technology and be the ownership of the corporate data for dissemination to appropriate staff for their swift daily decision making. We are not a software house but just having 14 staff providing support and recommending solution or package to our company which runs entertainment business. All of the projects are outsourced. I have been thinking of uisng IM (Information Management) as the new name. Are there any other suggestions and the rationale behind for a better title?
