New IT Mgr – jDE

Dear all,

i need your contribution before starting a new career path.
i may have an opportunity for aan IT manager job with a multi site company. they’ve started an ERP project on jD edwards oneworld on AS400 and my knowledge on as400 is fair (since 1999) and i have never touch JDE.
the IT dept is compose of a network admin (1 yr exp.) a developper (10 yrs in the company) 2 sites IT officer.
how can I integrate successfully that environment and improve the implementation of that solution within 4 months.
