New Office bug after Windows update

Reposted for markknightroam after accidental deletion.

Win11, Laptop. Been working great for months. New windows update – then:

Excel and word now don’t open on file click.

Have to open the program with “run as admin.” Did reinstall of office, and much other stuff – still same.
