New to Web Development-Seeking Some Advice

Hey everyone,
I just started my web development journey and I can’t wait to learn more! I began with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics, and now I need some direction on how to study well. I want to ask:

Can you suggest any free guides or lessons to help me learn web development fast?
Which tools should I study after I get the basics down?
I keep hearing about React, Vue.js, and Angular, but I’m not sure which one to try first when I get better at JavaScript.
