no more NTFS!!!

i was wondering if anyone knows how to get rid of windows 2000 and the disk format it rode in on, NTFS. none of my programs work (including partitionmagic) and there is no fdisk. i cannot just format the drive because it won’t let me format while windows is active (obviously) and there seems to be no way to restart in dos mode. also, it won’t let me make a boot disk. please help me out.
