No more permissions to open up anything anymore

Hello!

My laptop must have caught a really bad disease. It suddenly does not allow me to open up any programs, desktop or printer items anymore. THe error message is alsways the same: That I might not have permission to access the file. But I am the administrator!
Has somebody an idea what I could do?
