No pop-up after Snooze

In Outlook 2007 the reminder windows will not pop-up after I have hit snooze. The reminder window pop-up at the first reminder; then if I hit snooze it will not pop back up. The reminder window shows up on the Windows Toolbar as a blinking orange box minimized rather than as a pop-up window.
