“No Preview Available” fix

if you have office 2003 installed on your system please try the following:
install the office 2003 sp3 update located here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=E25B7049-3E13-433B-B9D2-5E3C1132F206&displaylang=en
once the update is complete install this hotfix: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=fd072a64-f1d5-4da9-b19c-1afbf0e651e8&DisplayLang=en
