No shares in RAS

A client has a Server with Windows Server 2000. There is no Domain set and clients win95/98 share files via TCP/IP accessed through Network Neighbourhood.

RAS has been setup and seems to working okay. When I dial into the server as administratorI connect but cannot see or access and resources shared or otherwise.
