Noise and chattering problem in my new Honeywell thermostat

I want to share my problems and hope that I’ll get the best solution. I have a problem regarding my new thermostat that I installed the last month. it was working fine since last week, but It started giving trouble after that. Sometimes it starts chattering and producing very bad noises. I have tried to contact support but I am not able to reach them. Can someone help me in troubleshooting this?
