non-internet disclaimer for exch 5.5

Sure, it’s easy to set up disclaimers for external e-mail, but is there any way to accomplish this task with internal e-mail? I’ve yet to find a product that will accomplish this task for 5.5, although they do have it for 2000. Any suggestions?
