None of my keys on my Dell 6000 will work

A few days ago I spilt water into my laptop and then 3 keys wouldn’t work, then yesterday my computer would not turn on. It eventually did, but now no keys work. What can I do other than send it to Dell. I use this computer a lot. It is still under warranty.
