Normal.dot Macros for Word

I want to be able to transfer over my users old macros for Word to their new computers… I have found the hard way by editing the file. We have new macros that are going to all the users and are stored in there new normal.dot What if our users have old macros in their old normal.dot? What’s an easy way to transfer the the macro data over to their new normal.dot files?
