Normal.dot

I have a user that gets an error everytime she closes word, outlook or a form letter in the program we use for our form letters. It uses word to edit ect.

I tried deleting the normal.dot and opening word to create a new normal.dot but that didnt work. I had another user that had like 5 normal.dot so we deleted them and she hasnt had her problem since.

But this other user, Im not sure whats going on. She says she gets the “do you want to save to the global template” atleast 5 times a day. Of course it asks twice if you want to save and then finally closes word.

Can anyone help? Suggest? Thank you for your time.
