I have norton coporate verions 10.0.1.00 and I intalled in on a new laptop computer with Vista home basic. IT installed but will not do any updates and has a red line though the icon on my desktop short cuts. When ever I open it the screen apears and says. This program has known compatibilty issues and ask me to check for solutions / rum program or cancel. I ran for solutions and that did not help. Is there a way to get this to work do I have to un install it and then download an update or what I did download this from Norton and it did not help
