Notebook power status

Hello, does anybody know a way to get the information if the AC Power supply of my WindowsXP based notebook is plugged in or not? I just need a very little command line tool witch tells me whether it is plugged in or not. I googled all around the world but it doesn’t seem to be as simple as I thought it would be.
