Notes in Outlook 2003

Goodmorning,

How can we attach notes with keywords to the incoming mails?

THe reason is that we when we go back to the read mails we are forced to read them again so as to capture the whole picture.

Some colleagues of mine, have in some cases at least 1000 mails.

It would be very efficient, if we could attach some keywords or notes to each mail before filing them.

Any idea or workaround would be appreaciated.
