Novell Login Options

I need to be able to prompt a user for information when he logs in to Novell. I would like for a scroll box to appear, and the user would then pick an item from the scroll list. Then a second scroll list would appear, based on what the user chose in the first scroll list. If the user wants to make the same choice he made the last time, he could just hit ENTER.

Anyone know of such a program / NLM which would do this?
