Novell v NT

We are at a point in our long-established and extremely stable Novell network that we need to upgrade our Novell Netware from 4.11 to Netware 6. We are also instituting an Exchange Server this year to take advantage of Outlook features so we will be running dual environment.

My actual questions are: What size firm are you? What is your network operating system? Do you have any pros/cons you can share regarding Novell v. NT? Have you made a switch from Novell to NT? If you have, please provide information on transition. If you have not, please supply reasons for not switching.
