Novell Virtual Office

Has anyone else tried getting this product out to their users? How has your experience with it been?
I’ve installed it & while it started out pretty well, I’m finding that the devil is in the details. The general instructions look good on the surface, but there are a lot of details lacking & the support isn’t there. Novell doesn’t support it as one product, but as 4 & it can easily be more as you start leveraging the features. It makes documentation hard to find, even when it is there.
