Novell/Windows Login

We are running Win 98 and Novell Netware. The problem I am having is the Novell/Windows Login. When a new user logs on to a computer they have to login at the Novell screen and the The WINDOWS password screen(i.e. New password:******/confrim password: )What I am looking to do is get rid of the windows login.

I know that after someone signs in to the windows screen they won’t have to do it again b/c it saves a .pwl file. The conflict we run into is that we have a card in the computers that will not allow changes unless in supervisor mode, there for the .pwl file neversaves.
