Novell Zenworks

I need to talk to anyone with experience of running Zenworks. We’re having issues with the remote control where it’s not picking up some PC’s for some reason. This is also impacting our asset inventory because it just doesn’t see some PC’s. It’s still able to distribute software to them tho’. Anyone know anything about this?
