Novice in need of help

Hi can someone please help I just started a small business selling cd’s in a small Island in the caribbean and I am looking into renting them also can someone tell me where i can get a downloadable program for a point of sale system and a program that has been formatted to rent cd’s or one for dvd’s can work also guess same rules applies.
